Climate Change: Emotions, Thoughts, Action
A live poetry reading featuring a number of local poets. As part of the Arts Festival Navigating Climate Grief and Action, the Library presents an evening of poetry exploring aspects of climate change and the responses it elicits in our emotions, our thoughts, and our actions. The evening will feature Salt Spring poets Brian Day, Sandi Johnson, Natalie Meisner, Rowan Percy, Murray Reiss, and Chris Smart. Come to listen to the range of ways in which local poets are addressing the climate crisis in their writing and take part in conversation with the poets after they read.
