Transition Salt Spring Rebate Programs Available Now
Local rebate programs are now available for residents of Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands Electoral Districts. Click on the rebates below to explore current offerings. Act quickly as rebates are limited, so don't miss out!
Wood Smoke Reduction Program: Wood stoves & Heat pumps
Rebates are available to eligible residents who remove their old wood-burning appliance and replace it with either a new EPA- 2020 Certified woodstove for a cleaner heating option OR a new Heat Pump. Up to $1500 per household.
North Salt Spring Water works District: water savers program & CRD SSI private WELL OWNER REbate
For Salt Spring Residents: Rebates are available for eligible rate-payers of North Salt Spring Waterworks District who install a cistern(s) for rainwater harvesting. Private well owners can apply through the same form. Up to $750 per household.
crd Rainwater Harvesting Rebate: southern gulf islands
Rebates are available for eligible residents of the Southern Gulf Island Electoral District (Galiano, Mayne, Pender, and Saturna Island) who install a cistern(s) for rainwater harvesting. Up to $750 per household.
